Hello, I have gone through the metadata files for syn26223298 and I do not find a projid or individualID that links these samples to the ROSMAP clinical data.

Will do, thank you
Yes, unfortunately not all studies have the same clinical data available. You can always reach out to the investigators at Allen Institute with further questions about their data collection, they have an active [community forum](https://community.brain-map.org/t/welcome-to-the-allen-brain-map-community-forum/8) dedicated to this data set.
I see, thank you. Yes, I did link the metadata as you describe, but unfortunately it is missing values for some of the clinical parameters present in the ROSMAP samples.
Hello, These samples are not from the ROSMAP cohort, they are from the University of Washington and Kaiser Permanente study and have been provided through a partnership with the Allen Institute. The clinical data is in the Metadata folder (SEA-AD -> Data -> Metadata, syn28256462), where you can link the biospecimen IDs to the individual IDs. For more information about this dataset, you can explore the Allen Institute's brain cell atlas site devoted to the [SEA-AD](https://portal.brain-map.org/explore/seattle-alzheimers-disease) data. Best, Laura
