Where can I find the phenotypic data associated with RNAseq data? I am looking to locate disease type and age.

Metadata for individuals that correspond to RNASeq data is typically found within the individual study folders. For example, metadata for ROSMAP can be found here: https://www.synapse.org/#!Synapse:syn3157322, and I believe the content in syn3191087 should have the information you're looking for. For other studies, I'd encourage you to use the AD Knowledge portal to browse and locate the studies (https://adknowledgeportal.synapse.org/Explore/Studies), which might make it easier to find the files that you're looking for.
