Dear all, I just went for a quick analysis of the mcsa_rnaseq_rawcount data and found obscure clustering which could not be explained by any metadata slot. Essentially data arbitrarily clusters into two big clusters. Please let me know if you also found something similar i.e. what could the reason for this be? Kind regards Kilian

Hello, I think I found the data you are talking about here https://www.synapse.org/#!Synapse:syn22108313. Based on what is available from this study, I am not able to answer your question. I suggest you contact the original authors to see if they saw the same clustering and/or know what may be causing it. @mxa24 created the file and may be able to weigh in? Jaclyn
Hi Jaclyn, apologies, the Synapse ID is: syn2580853.
Hello, Can you please post the Synapse ID of the data you are talking about? That will help me find it. Thanks, Jaclyn
