Hello, I plan to conduct secondary data analysis of harmonized WGS and RNAseq data from the AMP-AD consortium. In developing the data sharing plan required by NIH grant submissions, I want to make sure I am also abiding by the AMP-AD DUA policies. Can individual-level results from secondary data analysis be submitted to the AD Knowledge Portal for sharing? If so, would this be done as a study under the umbrella of the AMP-AD Project or as an independent study? Alternatively, can results be posted to dbgap or other NIA-recommended sharing platform as long as access controls are put in place? Thanks in advance for your help, Jeremy

Thank you for the quick reply and very helpful information! I will follow-up with the DMS experts as you suggested. Jeremy
Hi Jeremy, The terms of the AD Knowledge Portal DUC prohibit the redistribution of controlled access data, so unfortunately your analysis cannot be posted to other sharing platforms. Results from secondary data analyses can be submitted to the AD Knowledge Portal for sharing. If you are not directly funded through the AMP-AD Target Discovery Program or the AMP-AD Affiliated Consortia supported by the NIA, the analysis can be submitted under our Community Data Contribution Program (CDCP). You can find more information on the CDCP here: https://adknowledgeportal.synapse.org/Contribute I'd suggest starting by submitting an inquiry [here](https://sagebionetworks.jira.com/servicedesk/customer/portal/9/group/16/create/85?summary=NIH%20Data%20Management%20Policy%20Request&description=%3CPlease%20add%20a%20paragraph%20describing%20your%20project%20and%20your%20expected%20data%20storage%20need%20%28e.g.%2C%20duration%20and%20expected%20volume%29%3E) to connect with our DMS experts, who should be able to provide you with additional guidance and information. Best, Jessica
