Hello, I realized there are about 264 fastq files for 132 samples on Synapse. The description indicates that 5 samples were removed where 127 samples are shown in metadata. I checked on the manuscript but it didn't say which samples were removed. I want to know which samples were removed. Thank you and will appreciate your help!

Thanks for your question. If it wasn't mentioned in the manuscript and we don't have the information in the Synapse project wiki, I may need to reach out to the data contributors. Can you post the synapseid of the files that you are referring to so that I can make sure I'm looking at the right study?
