I'm currently trying to preprocess the data from MayoHippocampus study to obtain gene count matrices, however the processing is taking longer than I initially anticipated as I'm not that familiar with preprocessing pipelines.
I'm wondering if you have the preprocessed data from this study and if so, would it be possible to make it available along with the raw sequences?
