Can you give me some example synapse IDs you are trying to map?
I would like to map the specimenID in the MSBB_biospecimen_metadata file to synapse IDs and file names.
Hi, Can you clarify what you mean? Since the count matrix files each have one synapse ID (syn51138026 or syn51138025) but data from many samples, I'm not clear on what mapping you are looking for exactly. Jaclyn
