Thank you for allowing us to access the ROSMAP database. The purpose of the project is to correlate the gene expression data with the extent of ?-synuclein pathology in the brain samples. However, we did not find the ?-synuclein pathology data. I believe the brain samples have gone through immunohistochemical staining of phosphorylated ?-synuclein (p-S129), phosphorylated tau (p-Tau), and amyloid-?. Would you please let us know whether to find these pathology data, especially the levels of phosphorylated ?-synuclein? Thank you again for your help!

Thank you for your question. In order to help you, please specify the location in the AD Knowledge Portal or Synapse of the methodological information you described. That will me investigate.
