Hi, I am wondering where I would be able to find the summary statistics from Felsky et al. "Neuropathological correlates and genetic architecture of microglial activation in elderly human brain" https://www.nature.com/articles/s41467-018-08279-3#Sec10. The paper references 10.7303/syn3219045 but I was not able to find this data included as a part.

Poking around, I found 2 possibilities:
1. The paper's [Supplementary Table 7](https://www.nature.com/articles/s41467-018-08279-3#Sec20) is titled as a "List of 30 published GWAS summary statistics datasets used for polygenic scoring analyses"
2. I found some GWAS summary statistics [on Synapse](https://www.synapse.org/#!Synapse:syn25998806), which I think are unrelated to the paper but I figured I'd send you the link anyway just in case.
Unfortunately from Supp Table 7 it looks like you may need to track down the data from each individual study. I don't think this particular paper put a collection of the statistics anywhere. My best suggestion is to contact the authors if you are having trouble tracking these down.

Can you be more specific on which summary statistics you are looking for? Is it the statistics in [Table 1](https://www.nature.com/articles/s41467-018-08279-3/tables/1) of the paper, or something else like the PAM/GWAS summary statistics used for their comparison?
