I contacted the data contributor, who let me know that the results described in the publication "Single-nucleus multiregion transcriptomic analysis of brain vasculature in Alzheimer?s disease" (Sun et al. Nature Neuroscience volume 26, pages970?982 (2023)) are based on the same data hosted in folders [syn52383413](https://www.synapse.org/#!Synapse:syn52383413) and [syn52293432](https://www.synapse.org/#!Synapse:syn52293432) as part of the larger and recently-released [MIT ROSMAP Multiomics study](https://www.synapse.org/#!Synapse:syn52293417).
Furthermore, if you're interested in the processed data with the annotations described in the Sun et al. study, the data contributor shared that you may download this information from the link indicated in the Sun et al. manuscript: Count matrices and metadata for all cells analyzed in this study are available at http://compbio.mit.edu/scADbbb/.
