Unfortunately the data contributors did not upload the processed gene expression data file along with the other data. You may need to process the fastq files on your own, or we can try contacting the data contributor directly (@Shishi is the person who uploaded the data). @Shishi, do you have a processed gene expression data file that could be added or linked to this dataset?
