Hello, thanks for the data, but I can't find information about being diagnosed as AD, non-AD, or CONTROL in ROSMAP.clinical.csv syn3191087

Hi @wuli251X, The ROSMAP investigators have included the variable called 'cogdx' which is the patient's clinically-based consensus diagnosis at time of death, blind to post-mortem data. The full definition is [here](https://www.radc.rush.edu/docs/var/detail.htm?category=Clinical+Diagnosis&subcategory=Final+consensus+diagnosis&variable=cogdx). There is no neuropathology-based diagnostic data for ROSMAP; some investigators derive their own case-control status from the available neuropathology measures (cerad and braak), though that is up to each individual investigator. Best, Laura
