Hello, For syn52293442's processed 10x multi region dataset, where can I find which 'projid' corresponds to which stage of AD progression (i.e. no AD, early AD, late AD)?

Hi Victor, Thanks for your kind response! Yes, when I load the .rds files to Seurat, one of the metadata is named 'projid', which I assume correspond to each individual but lacking further information regarding the stage of AD progression. I hope my explanation is clear enough. Best, Taimu
