Hello,
I am trying to work with the excel file "ROSMAP_Metabolon_HD4_Brain514_assay_data.xlsx"
The columns (starting from column 9) are numbers which I think are IDs for a given metabolite, but I cannot find the "key" or legend anywhere with the corresponding metabolite name. Can anyone please help me locate this information?

You are correct, the columns are listing the metabolites by their Chem ID. You can find the key to these Chem IDs in the [Metadata](syn3157322) folder, where you will find the Metabolon [data dictionary](syn25985697).
