cannot find metadata or raw fastq files

Hello, I am contacting you regards syn52430345 . I want to download the fastq files of the entorhinal cortex. I checked syn52383413 but I cannot find what I am interested in for example D19-2474 and D19-4121 are not present at all

Hi Sherine, You can find all of the data files that we have for that study [here](https://adknowledgeportal.synapse.org/Explore/Studies/DetailsPage/StudyData?Study=syn52293417#StudyData). You can filter the table to display only the entorhinal cortex files by clicking on **Tissue** in the **Available Facets** section on the lower left, then checking the "entorhinal cortex" box. If there are specific files that you need that aren't there, you may need to contact the data contributor, @hmathys. Best, Jessica
