Hi, According to the ROSMAP_IDkey.csv which can be found here(https://www.synapse.org/#!Synapse:syn3382527), there are totally 382 samples whose gwas_id beginning with "11AD" and all of them are marked with "having" genetic data(which means gwas_data ==1 in the table). But I cannot find them in the ROSMAP_genotype_data folder or in other datasets. For example: gwas_id = 11AD40179, which corresponds to gwas_data =1, mwas_data = 0, niagas_data = 0, mirna_data = 0, chipseq_data = 0, rest_data = 0. Any reply is appreciated! Tao

Hi Tao, we will get that information for you
Hi Mette, Thank you so much for your great work! The updates are very helpful. And after a quick look, I noticed this newly released genotypes may use different chip as previous released genotyping data, because this new release is hg19 coordinated not hg18 and has ~70% markers(SNPs) difference as previous one. Can you tell more details about the new released data? like the sequencing chip, sequencing site, QCed or not etc.. Thanks! Tao
Be aware that some of the genotypes are missing clinical data. These are from living individuals where the clinical data can not be distributed by us. Please contact Rush: http://www.radc.rush.edu
Hi Tao, The additional ROSMAP genotypes have been uploaded. Please see syn7824841
Hi Tao- We have located those samples, and will work to make them available in our next data release. Solly
Hi Tao, We are looking into this and have followed up with the Broad-Rush team - @leiyu specfically. We will let you know as soon as we have this sorted out. Thanks, Ben
