Hi, I am figuring out the correct batch number of 492_120515 from BAM dataset([syn3388564](https://www.synapse.org/#!Synapse:syn3388564)), but I found 3 batch numbers for the sample from AMP_AD_ROSMAP_Broad-Rush_RNA_Seq_RIN.csv. Could you help me to figure it out? The below is the search result for the sample. ``` $ grep 492_120515 AMP_AD_ROSMAP_Broad-Rush_RNA_Seq_RIN.csv 492_120515_0,492_120515,0,82317494,9.1 492_120515_6,492_120515,6,82317494,9.1 492_120515_7,492_120515,7,NA,9.140738 ``` Thanks, Hwan

Hi Jishu, thanks for your clarification, but I am still wondering the correct batch number of BAM file of 492_120515 in syn4164376. I expected I could find three BAM files for the sample if the sample is sequenced 3 times, but I could see only one BAM file of the sample was listed in the repository. Could I ask you to clarify the batch number again? Or, It would be glad to me if you can explain any method to identify the batch number from BAM files by side. Best Regards, Hwan
This sample(492_120515) had been sequenced 3 times for technical replication, once in pilot study (batch 0), once in batch 6 and once in batch 7(TruSeq protocol). Best Jishu
Hi @ben.logsdon, have you had a chance to figure it out?
Hi @hyunhwaj We're looking into this, and will get back to you shortly. Best, Ben
