I was having trouble determining what Betax was in the file of MayoRNAseq_RNAseq_CBE_CONvsAD_DEG_Comprehensive.txt. I was wondering what analysis was conducted, and if you have fold change data available for access. Best, Amy Elias, Brown University

Thanks! Amy, I did not generate these data, but I believe that Beta refers to their multivariate regression analysis. It is equivalent to the log2 fold change in the differential expression of the gene. A simple proof of that is here: https://www.biostars.org/p/84487/ Not sure if that answers your question, -Mat
Let me refer you to the data generator for an answer to that. @mxa24 - Hi Mariet, can you please take a look at Mat's question. Thanks!
Hi Mette, in the comprehensive model, are you measuring markers for different cell types (CD68, CD34, OLIG2, GFAP, ENO2) and then applying a model to the data that adjusts for the relative amount of different cell types in the sample? Thanks, -Mat, Biogen
Hi Amy, Comprehensive referes to the model used for the comparison. Please see here: https://www.synapse.org/#!Synapse:syn7332090
