Additional pathology data for syn5550404 (Mayo Brain Bank RNAseq data)

Hi, I was wondering if there was any plan to make available pathology data i.e. Braak score and Plaque burden values as well as clinical dementia ratings for the Mayo data that would allow for cross comparisons with other studies? Thanks, Mike

Thanks Mariet, I'll look for that when it is available.
Data from the Mayo Clinic RNAseq study is provided for samples with a pathological diagnosis as indicated in the relevant covariate files. Additional information such as plaque burden and clinical dementia ratings are not available for the majority of the cohort and as such are not provided. Where available, Braak stage may be provided in the future.
