I am part of the RNA Reprocessing WG and Differential expression WG. However, I cannot download the ROSMAP DEG analysis as it asks for a ROSMAP DUC to be filled out. I am working with Dr Caleb Webber from Oxford university. If he has already done the necessary paperwork , may I please get access or do we need to fill in the forms?

Also is there a way to search through existing threads of discussion ( maybe someone else has asked similar questions)

We realised that there was no DUC for ROSMAP done from Oxford. So we are waiting for the paperwork to come through from our side. Once it does I shall submit it and I think that should release the data.
