I am managing a study where we are looking at copy number variation, and need the LogR ratio from the ROSMAP data. I'm looking for just the raw data from this study, and my PI told me the file type would be an IDAT. Does anyone know if I can obtain this data through Synapse? And if so, where do I find it? Any information would be great- thank you.
