Sex and X chromosome data for HBTRC

I would like to use the HBTRC data, but I've noticed that both Sex (in covariates) and X-chromosome specific SNPs (in genotyping) are lacking from this dataset. Could you please update/upload the HBTRC data by including these two important infos?

Hello Mette, Just to confirm, is the sex information provided for each individual the reported sex or the sex inferred through X-chromosome SNPs? Thanks in advance.
Hi Valerio, a file with the sex of each individual has been uploaded: syn10491016. We do not have the X-chromosome SNPs
