I am interested in the AMP-AD Mount Sinai Brain Bank data: https://www.synapse.org/#!Synapse:syn3159438 I see there is WES genotyping data for that cohort, but I wondered if there was array genotyping done as well. digging through the rest of AMPAD I found this HBTRC dataset: https://www.synapse.org/#!Synapse:syn3159435 Which mentions it comes from Mt Sinai, but I wasn't 100% sure if it refers to the same cohort or not. Can anyone familiar with the cohort confirm if the subjects overlap and if so what's the right way to match subject IDs - at first glance they didn't seem to be the same.

Great thanks for the update. My intention with the genotype data is to perform a pQTL analysis on the PFC LC/MS-MS data. Of course we will share the results of that with the consortium, but I just wanted to check if anyone else had already performed (or planned to) that analysis?
It is probably a couple months out. Ben
Great thanks for confirming. Do you have a rough expected date for the next data release? If it's months away I'll begin my analysis with WES, but if it's imminent I might as well wait for the WGS.
Hi Alex- According to @binzhang there are no array-based genotypes for the MSBB. I believe the WGS data for that cohort will be available in the next data release. The HBTRC is a much older cohort generated at Rosetta Inpharmatics in the late 2000s. There should be no overlap between this cohort and the MSBB cohort. Solly
