Dear AMPAD researchers,
It looks like the PlaqueMean column in the clinical data files for MSBB and MSBB Array studies are defined as "Mean neocortical plaque density across 5 regions (# of plaques/mm2)". I think those 5 regions are middle frontal gyrus, orbital frontal cortex, superior temporal gyrus, inferior parietal cortex and calcarine cortex. Do you have the plaque count measurements from each of those five regions separately as well? Thanks!
