Hello, We would like to know the area of the brain that the MSBB proteomics data comes from. The MSBB RNA-seq data samples are labeled by four different Broadmann areas (BM10, BM22, BM36 and BM44). However, the proteomic data does not have an assigned Broadmann area. Interestingly, the proteomic files have ?PFC? in their file name. Does this mean pre-frontal cortex? If so, which Broadmann area in PFC are these samples from? This would greatly assist our use of the data - thank you.
