Can I obtain jointed genotype files of MSSM, Mayo, and ROSSMAP?
I tried to merge the "JointStudyAnalysis" genotypes of MSSM, Mayo, and ROSSMAP, but I couldn't.
If I tried to merge with plink, I got errors like "13613628 Warning: Variants '3:197961481:A:C' and '3:197961481:A:0' have the same position"
