1. The ROSMAP GWAS was generated from a combination of brain tissue, whole blood, and a handful of samples from EBV transformed lymphocytes. We do have this information at the sample level. 2. Yes, there is an overlap in donors for RNAseq and methylation. See the ID key - syn3382527
