Dear All,
I am interested in using the Chip-Seq data from ROSMAP. It looks to me that the BAM files do not have the unmapped reads and therefore I am unable to re-create the FastQ files to start from scratch. I was wondering if it is possible to get access to the raw data for the ROSMAP Chip-Seq study?
