Download all the MD5 values for any Synapse ID

Hi, After downloading the Synapse files to my local drive, before further analysis, I want to check all files are correctly downloaded by MD5 values. Except for copy those MD5 values one by one from web browser is there any other way for us to download the whole table including the FileNames, MD5, and ID? thanks in advance, Raymond

Hi @Raymond2018 , Thanks for asking! The Synapse clients (in R and Python) have error checking built in. They will not report a successful download unless the local md5 matches the remote md5. Even so, we are working on updates for getting information about files in bulk, which could include the md5 of the file.
