Hello, I'm trying to determine if there is a certain type of data set available. I need to know if there is gene expression data from one study, from the same brain region, from at least 200 control patients and 200 Alzheimer's disease patients. For example, ROSMAP seems like it might have data that would meet these criteria but there isn't any information about disease status that I can find. I don't need access to the data sets, I just need to know if the data I'm looking for exists. I appreciate any help that anyone can provide!
