Hi MSBB Team, Regarding the proteomics data in MSBB - the methods say that "Label free quantification of proteins was performed by MaxLFQ, which considered razor plus unique peptides for protein level measurements". - In Proteomics/Analysis/MSBB_Proteomics_PFC_PROTEINOUTPUT.txt: Which column corresponds to protein abundance used in downstream analyses? Not clear from column labels. Thanks, Sal

Great, thanks a lot Duc!
Hi Sal, BM-10 was the only region provided by the Mt. Sinai group for proteomics. Our other cohorts either provided DLPFC or temporal cortex. Best, Duc
Thanks @ductyler for the explanation! Is there a specific reason for choosing only BM-10 regions for the proteomic analysis? Best, Sal
Hi Sal, Columns containing "LFQ intensity ... " give the MAXLFQ quantitation values. Best, Duc
Hi @ductyler - can you please take a look at the question above. The file in question is syn6100414
