On the corresponding page, under ?explanation of available files and post-processing?, is written that the normalized counts (CPM) are saved as ?_counts_normalized.txt.gz.? However, the normalized counts file is called ?MayoRNAseq_RNAseq_TCX_geneCounts_normalized.tsv? - Are these the same data in CPM that are referenced in the above explanation? Thanks in advance!
