Are the STAR alignment log files available, and if so, where?

I was wondering if the STAR log files are available for MSBB (syn8672879), ROSMAP (syn8403731), and Mayo (syn9732848). I can find the Picard metrics but not from STAR. STAR outputs these as *log.final.out, and this contains some information that Picard does not provide. Thanks! Niek
