Hi, I check the information in banner_proteomics_pfc_proteinoutput.txt ([syn7417613](syn7417613)) and find it have bgis and egis sample quantification data. I guess that bgis and egis are the Global Internal Standards. Is that correct? And what the difference of bgis and egis sample? And the same question in Mayo proteomics data. Mayo_Proteomics_TC_traits.csv ([syn9637750](syn9637750)). What the difference of egis and mgis? In csv file showed that egis is Emory GIS and mgis is Mayo GIS. But how mgis and egis are produced? (all sample mixture or others?) thanks Kefu
