I would like to access the raw data (fastq files) of TCX AD ? Synapse ID: syn3163039? for my research and would like to ask if you could let me know how can I get the access of sra/fastq files ? I have already completed the DUC.

Is there any other fast method that I can use to download the data?
The fast files were not provided for this study. You may want to look at the RNA resequencing study. That study regenerated the fastq from the bam files provided with the Mayornaseq, MSBB, and ROSMAP studies. Please see here: syn9702085
