Hello, I am looking for the clinical metadata for projid 59204827 but it is not listed in the metadata file (syn3191087). The projid is listed in the deprectaed IDkey file (syn3382527).
Also, I noticed a bunch of new DLPFC, PCC, AC RNA sequencing data (syn21188662). Is there clinical metadata on these as well ? how can I find the corresponding projid?

There are a couple of donors that did not complete all assessments before death, that were since removed from the study. These are the specimens in the biospecimen metadata file without corresponding individualID.
I recommend that you use the new interface to the data in the AD Knowledge Portal: https://adknowledgeportal.synapse.org/Explore/Studies?Study=syn3219045. Click on the link to the RNAseq files and will will see a list of all the bulk RNAseq data, including the additional data you noticed. These were part of the November data release (https://adknowledgeportal.synapse.org/News?cat=4). We will be releasing another set of ~1 k samples from those 3 regions in June. If you request to join the [AMP-AD_DataReleaseUpdates](https://www.synapse.org/#!Team:3372003) team you will receive a direct notice when new data is available So after going through this thread (https://www.synapse.org/#!Synapse:syn2580853/discussion/threadId=6350), I see that you have transitioned to individualID and specimenID.
However, even in the new biospecimen metadata file (syn21323366) there are no corresponding individualIDs for specimen IDs 800_130701 and 764_130520. Is there anyway to look up corresponding clinical data on these subjects?
