The CDR score in the MSBB dataset

Hi, I'd like to know when did the CDR scores be estimated in the MSBB dataset. At the beginning of sample collection, or are they the latest available results? Besides, is it possible to get the time interval between getting the CDR score and the patient's death? Many thanks

@minghui.wang Thanks for your reply. Can you please explain a bit how this postmortem assessment work (or is there any related reading)? I read the CDR score from this website (https://www.madrc.org/clinical-dementia-rating-cdr-scale) and it says the CDR score is based on a semi-structured interview with the patients and reliable informants. Also, it says that the CDR score is from 0-3 but in MSBB there are also CDR =4 and CDR = 5.
It is a postmortem assessment.
