Is it possible to get a copy of the QC plots? My group is specifically interested in the GeneBodyCoverage plots. Please let me know if this is something we're able to access. Thanks!
Created by Jessica Hogestyn jhogestyn I do not see any QC plots for the MayoRNAseq study. In general, we only host the data itself. Sorry I forgot to clairfy- I'm looking for the Mayo RNAseq QC. I can email the authors as well, but I'm wondering if anyone else on synapse has already accessed this information. I am not sure what you are referring to. If this is in reference to a paper, the best way to get additional information, such as plots, would be to contact the paper author.
