Hi there: Can I ask a question about the number of ROSMAP RNAseq samples in DLPFC? According to ROSMAP investigators, there should be 1138 postmodern DLPFC samples. In synapse, https://www.synapse.org/#!Synapse:syn4164376 and https://www.synapse.org/#!Synapse:syn21188662, I see 847 postmodern DLPFC samples (bam files). Do you know who should I contact for the rest of the 291 samples? (1138 - 847) Thanks in advance!
