Thank you for this vast wealth of tremendous data. I am interested to access eQTL data for the MSBB.
Are they available?
Created by Sanjeev Sariya sanjeevcumc Hi Sanjeev, it occurred to me that maybe you were looking for the RNAseq Reprocessing Study, which does include RNAseq data from MSBB, but only has eQTL analysis files for data from the Mayo and ROSMAP studies and not from MSBB (you can see those files with this query: https://adknowledgeportal.synapse.org/Explore/Studies/DetailsPage?Study=syn9702085). Hi, eQTL data are not available for the MSBB study. If you look at the wiki information at the top of the folder page for each data type, you'll see a description of the assay performed. Here's the information from the gene expression data, which does not include eQTL: https://www.synapse.org/#!Synapse:syn20801188.
