Hi, I would like to access gene expression levels for genes on chromosome X (RNA-seq bulk brain - [syn3388564](https://www.synapse.org/#!Synapse:syn3388564)). Do the ROSMAP_RNAseq_FPKM_gene.tsv and ROSMAP_RNAseq_FPKM_isoform.tsv files include counts from chromosome X? My guess is that they don't because they are normalized counts for both male and female samples. It would be great if the unormalized counts files that include chromosome X counts are available (otherwise I guess I will need to reanalyse the BAM files). Cheers, Matt
