Does any of the brain analysis contain demographic like BMI

Hi there, I am looking for a brain expression profile (Microarray/RNA-seq) with demographic information such as BMI. Could you elaborate on whether such information exists in these cohort studies? Thanks Abhi

Thanks for your interest in the data. There may be BMI available on the ROSMAP donors through RADC. We provide a limited set of phenotypes on those cohorts through the AD Knowledge Portal. A larger set is available directly through Rush. Please see here: https://www.radc.rush.edu/docs/var/variables.htm. Note that access to that content requires a separate data access application as described here: https://www.radc.rush.edu/requests.htm
