Long read WGS data from Dr. Towfique Raj's Lab

I was under the impression that the long read WGS data from Dr. Towfique Raj's Lab has been posted to Synapse but cannot find it. Could someone please point me to the right direction? thanks, Qingqin

Hi @qserenali. We followed up with Towfique Raj who will provide the raw data and variant calls. For now it is only data on 2 donors, but there are plans to generate more. If you haven't already, request to join the [AMP-AD_DataReleaseUpdates](https://www.synapse.org/#!Team:3372003) team to get notified when new data is available.
They are PacBio long-read WGS data on a small subset of the ROSMAP samples. Thanks!
Can you please provide additional information. Is it the WGS done on the mount sinai brain bank donors you are looking for?
