In syn6100548, there are two columns designated for individual ID: individualIdentifier and individualIdentifier.inferred. Supposing the first one is the right ID, there are some discrepancies between this file and syn21893059. For example: For sampleIdentifier BM_10_803: In syn21893059 "AMPAD_MSSM_0000069779","BM_10_803",NA,"brain","frontal pole",10,NA,NA,NA,NA,NA,NA,"rnaSeq",TRUE,NA,NA,"false",NA While in syn6100548 "syn4055741","BM_10_803","BM_10_803.accepted_hits.sort.coord.bam","BM10",803,"bam","AMPAD_MSSM_0000095506","S109B355",6.7,32636769,31911839,0.0046146507,"AMPAD_MSSM_0000069779","M","W","Remap" "syn4055742","BM_10_803","BM_10_803.unmapped.fastq.gz","BM10",803,"fastq","AMPAD_MSSM_0000095506","S109B355",6.7,32636769,31911839,0.0046146507,"AMPAD_MSSM_0000069779","M","W","Remap" Since syn6100548 is depreciated, could we completely ignore the information from it?

Yes, the information from the deprecated covariate files was standardized and transferred to the individual, biospecimen, and assay metadata files for each study, which follow the format [described here](https://help.adknowledgeportal.org/apd/About-Metadata.2241626149.html#AboutMetadata-1.Individualmetadata). You can ignore the deprecated covariate file syn6100548 and use the information in the updated MSBB metadata files. These files are all listed under the "Study Data" tab [here](https://adknowledgeportal.synapse.org/Explore/Studies/DetailsPage?Study=syn3159438).
