Hello, I noticed on a public-facing subset of the ROSMAP cohort (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/geo/query/acc.cgi?acc=GSE185909) that there is information (presumably from autopsy reports) on the donor brain tissue such as "brain weight" in the covariates file. In both the syn11024258 file used for these analyses and the biospecimen metadata file there is no such information for the subjects in the RNA seq dataset. I was curious if there were additional metadata files that were available with this information, as it is critical for the analyses in our defined project. Thank you in advance for your assistance!
