Which index is better used to classify samples

Hi, about syn18638475, when I respectively tried "ceradsc" and "braaksc" in syn3191087 to label AD or Control of these samples, it obtained little different classification results. So I am confused, for these samples, which label (i.e. "ceradsc" and "braaksc") is more suitable to label AD or Control? Many thanks.
