Hi, for syn21126462, after converting, I obtain matrices whose rows are genes and columns are barcodes. For the barcodes, if I want to convert/get their cell types, are there any recommended ways or references? Thanks.

If not, the data were generated using the 10x cell ranger platform, and you might be able to find what you need in their documentation: https://support.10xgenomics.com/single-cell-gene-expression/software/pipelines/latest/what-is-cell-ranger.
