@th_vairam @abby.vanderlinden Hello, I have a few questions and would appreciate your help in this: What is the base for logFC used in syn11806585 and syn8456721? is it base 2? Where can I get info for the no. of patients (control vs disease) or no of tissue samples used for the above Differential expression results? Thank you!

Thank you @jgockley for the clarification. Could you also point me to where I can download data wherein I can get info for the no. of patients (control vs disease) or no of tissue samples used for the above Differential expression results? This discussion thread sheds some light, but I am not sure ${buttonlink?text=link&url=https://www%2Esynapse%2Eorg/#!Synapse:syn2580853/discussion/threadId%3D3400&highlight=true&align=None}https://www.synapse.org/#!Synapse:syn2580853/discussion/threadId=3400
Hi @abby.vanderlinden & @jjoy, The code in the provenance window to the right hosted on [github](https://github.com/th1vairam/ampad-DiffExp/blob/bd9766224c2d1515586c9377db7e08a6cb62bcc9/gene_level_analysis/ROSMAP_geneLevel.Rmd#L680) in lines 680 - 697 uses the voom/limma/ebayes methodology to preform normalization/model fitting/differential expression processing. The summary data function : ``` limma::toptable() ``` [returns Log2( Fold Change )](https://www.rdocumentation.org/packages/limma/versions/3.28.14/topics/toptable)
A polite reminder regarding this @jgockley @abby.vanderlinden . Thank you!
@jgockley Can you help answer these questions about the v1 rnaSeqReprocessing Study?
