Hi, I was wondering where I could find batch info for syn27000373. I also looked in other MayoRNAseq studies but without success.

Unfortunately, the MayoRNAseq metadata does not contain any information on library prep or sequencing batches. Our Sage scientists working on the updated DEG analysis with the harmonized RNAseq data use the flowcell IDs from the original input BAM file names (e.g. syn5196750) as a de facto batch grouping, which could be an option.
