ROSMAP Metadata syn21438358

Hello, I cannot find the metadata for the human scRNA study by Olah et al. 2020 (syn21438358). I tried searching via syn number on the ROSMAP metadata file list but no file could be found. Would greatly appreciate your help. Kind regards Kilian

Hi there, all metadata files for the ROSMAP study can be found in this [table](https://adknowledgeportal.synapse.org/Explore/Studies/DetailsPage/StudyData?Study=syn3219045#StudyMetadata). For the scRNAseq data, you will want the file annotated with "metadataType = assay" and "assay = scRNAseq". The specimenIDs in the assay metadata can be joined to the biospecimen metadata by the column "specimenID", which can then be joined to the clinical metadata with the column "individualID" to get the complete metadata associated with each sample.
